CELEBRATORS… It’s Here! It’s Here! Our first Saturday PM Preview Service is TOMMOROW NIGHT (Jan 12) – 5P (Pathway) – Do EVERYTHING you can to either ATTEND ONE and SERVE in the other -- Sundays (PAC/9A) or Saturdays (Pathway/5P)

In case you missed it last week – we started a brand new series called RELEASE! (Breaking Free From Normalcy)… moving into our second week this week and bringing a topic that you simply CANNOT MISS – MOVING PAST YOUR PAST! This idea is one of FREEDOM that ALL people need to hear!  Below is a sneak-peak into a few of the ideas!

If you don't let your PAST DIE – then IT won't let YOU LIVE! (Period.)

YOU ARE FORGIVEN!

Before Time… He knew what you would DO and what your SIN would COST HIM! BUT… HE CHOSE TO SAVE YOU ANYWAY!

You are of GREAT VALUE to God! (How do I know?)

Before you know the VALUE of something you have to know what someone is willing to PAY FOR IT! (God Paid a HIGH PRICE for YOU… HIS ONLY SON - JESUS!)

God's LOVE for YOU… IS NOT and NEVER WILL BE based on your PAST - but only on your POSITION… as HIS CHILD!

You may not always be the person you NEED TO BE - but know for sure (if you’ve been Born-Again) that you are NOT the person you USED TO BE! (That’s Called GRACE!)

GOD hasn’t called us to MAKE EXCUSES… He’s called us to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! And PEOPLE who MAKE EXCUSES… can’t MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

(1) Dealing With Performances Issues 

CELEBRATORS… Can’t wait to WORSHIP with you this coming Sunday! What a fantastic finish to 2012… from what we’ve figured out – we saw a total of 12 SALVATIONS at our Christmas Eve Services! In addition… the day before Christmas Eve – we concluded our Sun Stand Still Series – which was also nothing short of AMAZING for so many people! In case you weren’t here that Sunday – below is a list of COC’s 2013 SUN STAND STILL PRAYERS – please join me in making these a DAILY PRAYER and don’t forget to PUSH WHILE YOU PRAY with them! I believe with all my heart that God has some AMAZING things in store for COC and for MARICOPA this coming year and I can’t hardly wait to see when He Shows Up and Shows Off!! 

2013 COC “SUN STAND STILL” PRAYERS… 

1. COC’s NEW 2013 WORSHIP SERVICES! (Sundays / 9a and Saturdays / 5p)

-Let’s pray for that FIRST Saturday Salvation (AND…) the many more that will follow!

2. To see 500+ people GIVE THEIR LIVES TO CHRIST through COC Ministries in 2013! (And being a part of that ourselves with our Personal Witness!)

-We want to begin FEEDING the 1000’s of KIDS IN MARICOPA that leave school on Friday and don’t eat again until Monday Morning!

4. To see our DNA Small Groups GROW to over 25 Vibrant DNA Small Groups with Celebrators GROWING CLOSER TO JESUS Monday-Friday!

5. Increased GENEROSITY amongst Each and Every CELEBRATOR!

-Always remembering that GENEROSITY/GIVING (Time/Talents/Treasures)

is something that GOD WANTS FOR YOU – NOT FROM YOU!

6. A Place To Call HOME! (LAND)

-Our God owns the ‘Cattle on a Thousand Hills’ which means HE OWNS MARICOPA and we are going to ask GOD to MAKE THE SUN STAND STILL and provide us with an opportunity to OWN LAND in 2013!

Remember... ACTIVITY DOESN'T ALWAYS EQUAL MATURITY!

If our VIEW OF GOD remains SMALL and MANAGEABLE (Normal) - then we will continue to have a SMALL VIEW of WHAT HE WANTS TO DO IN and THROUGH US!

RELEASING your life is not about CONVINCING GOD how GREAT YOUR PLANS ARE but rather about UNDERSTANDING that YOU can LIVE THE LIFE GOD HAS PLANNED FOR YOU!

Living a “RELEASED” LIFE rarely deals with WHAT you and I can DO – It’s more about understanding WHO you and I… ARE! (We Are HIS!!)

Regardless of HOW MANY TIMES the ISRAELITES messed up… HIS LOVE wasn't based on their PERFORMANCE but on their POSITION as HIS CHILDREN!

Never forget... GOD’S LOVE cannot be ACHIEVED – it can only be RECEIVED!
