Have you ever received exactly what you thought you wanted... only to discover when you got it that it wasn’t what you thought it would be? If so... You are not alone! In our New Series here at COC - we are going to meet Three Men who Resisted God’s Plan for their lives! And in each of their own ways... they discovered that not only can you NOT Outsmart God - but that attempting to Oppose God comes with a significant COST! As we prepare to move toward The Cross for Easter... these Three Resurrection Renegades remind us that we can TRUST the God who is ALWAYS in control! When you GIVE SOMETHING UP to FOLLOW JESUS... WHAT you GET IN RETURN is ALWAYS BETTER than WHAT YOU GAVE UP!

The SIZE of YOUR GIVING always reflects the SIZE of YOUR GRATITUDE!

You can either WORK WITH GOD or YOU CAN WORK AGAINST GOD... but you can NEVER OUT-SMART GOD!

Until you FIND the HUMILITY to be SERVED... you will never FIND the HUMILITY TO SERVE OTHERS!

When we BARGAIN WITH GOD rather that SURRENDER TO HIM - WE are RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME... NOT GOD!

In the OT – the word “BAH-TAK” in Hebrew – meant to LAY FLAT! It was a visual expression of Complete and Total Surrender to something/someone! So the reality of our Lives Spiritually… is that we would One Day / Some Day… come to a place of Complete and Total Surrender to JESUS CHRIST! (It’s not a Part-Time Thing… it’s a Full-Time Thing!) And in light of WHAT JESUS has DONE for YOU… it DEMANDS A RESPONSE FROM YOU! (So the deal is…) Everyone living on this planet is SITTING in ONE of FOUR CHAIRS… (And Our Goal This Sunday…) Is that YOU would be able to determine WHAT CHAIR you’re sitting in… (Or…) WHAT CHAIR you want to be sitting in! PLEASE CELEBRATORS… DON’T MISS THIS EXCITING MESSAGE… it could literally be Life-Changing for YOU!
