SUNDAY SNAPSHOT (WHO NEEDS GOD? - 1)

Americans seem to be migrating away from RELIGION at an unprecedented rate… CHRISTIANITY in particular! But it’s not because the alternatives are necessarily all that more appealing! People are leaving because Religion/Christianity has apparently lost its appeal with them… it’s not what it once was! Where once RELGION/CHRISTIANITY seemed to be where you went for the ANSWERS… it’s now being viewed as the PROBLEM! If that’s you… then I personally believe it might be that your VERSION of GOD is/was the WRONG VERSION to begin with! So we’ll be taking the next few weeks at COC to look a little closer at this growing concern in our world today… we hope you’ll consider joining us for the conversation in regards to… WHO NEEDS GOD?

True "Followers of Jesus" would much rather MAKE A DIFFERENCE than MAKE A POINT!

Psalm 14:1-3… The fool says in his heart… “THERE IS NO GOD!” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. All have turned away, All have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.

You cannot move AWAY from something without moving TOWARD something else!

If you're Struggling with Believing In God today... maybe it's because you've had the Wrong Version of Him to begin with!?

(And…) If you’re FEELING of WORTH is solely measured by the AMOUNT of HEARTS/LIKES or COMMENTS you receive on Social Media… then the truth is that you’ll NEVER/EVER GET ENOUGH!
