SO YOU’RE DEAD… NOW WHAT? (1)

CELEBRATORS…

There are a lot of different ‘takes’ on the Afterlife today! Questions like… Do places like Heaven and Hell actually Exist? Or… What do I need to do to insure I make it to one place and not the other? Or… What will Heaven be like? Or… What will Hell be like? Or… Does what I DO in THIS LIFE really matter in the NEXT? The Afterlife can sometimes be cloaked in MYSTERY… can’t it? Nonetheless… The Bible actually has some pretty fascinating things to say about these things… Which should leave us all to understand this important truth… What WE BELIEVE about DEATH and ETERNITY… WILL (Should) DETERMINE… HOW WE LIVE! Do whatever it takes to NOT MISS this New and Exciting Series… SO YOU’RE DEAD… NOW WHAT?

Below is a sneak-peak of this week’s message… DEATH

What WE BELIEVE about DEATH and ETERNITY… WILL DETERMINE… HOW WE LIVE! (At least it SHOULD… or something may need to change!)

Three Things we KNOW about DEATH…

1. It's CERTAIN!

2. The SOUL and BODY are SEPARATED!

3. WE ALL… WILL FACE JUDGMENT!

The Great White Throne Judgment… (Unbelievers) The Final Judgment for ALL HUMAN HISTORY! FINAL (Great)… PURE (White Throne)… JUSTICE (Judgment)

The Judgment Seat Of Christ… (Believers) QUALITY will be on trial! The QUALITY in which you lived HERE… for JESUS… is what will be JUDGED!

Christian… Are you living a LIFE WORTHY… of GREAT REWARDS… on that DAY? Will you hear… "WELL DONE… GOOD and FAITHFUL SERVANT?"

One Thing is SURE about BOTH JUDGMENTS… Your ETERNAL DESTINATION will be IRREVOCABLY FIXED and ETERNALLY UNCHANGEABLE!

HE’S ALIVE! (Easter 2014)

CELEBRATORS…

When the Bible says things like… Do unto others… Love is patient… Love is kind… (or…) Turn the other cheek... it presents many people with a PROBLEM! That PROBLEM is this… It seems so easy to appreciate Jesus’ Teachings… until the Bible Writers tell us that… HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD! For so many… the idea of a PERSON RISING FROM THE DEAD is just too hard to BELIEVE that they will cherry-pick the TEACHINGS and refute the RESURRECTION! In this coming week’s EASTER MESSAGE… We will recount the TRUTH about Jesus’ Life… Death… and RESURRECTION! And we’ll look closer at what the Apostle Paul said about the RESURRECTION… “that it is of… ‘First Importance!’” And hopefully… it will leave many of us with the question that MUST be answered at some point in this life… DID JESUS “REALLY” RISE FROM THE DEAD?

It's natural to want to divorce the TEACHINGS of Jesus from the RESURRECTION of Jesus! -- Unfortunately… YOU CAN'T!

THIS is the QUESTION that EVERYONE will HAVE to ANSWER someday…

Did Jesus LITERALLY and PHYSICALLY… RISE FROM THE DEAD?

The PROBLEM today is that so many want to RAISE the TEACHINGS OF JESUS… but they want to LEAVE HIS BODY… IN THE TOMB!

If you have a problem with the RESURRECTION… (Remember) The same guys who brought you the STUFF YOU LIKE about JESUS…brought you the RESURRECTION too!

If you have a problem with the RESURRECTION… then remember what Paul said in

1 Corinthians 15:14… that his and the apostles TEACHINGS (AND) YOUR FAITH… is WORTHLESS! (You can’t have one without the other!)

You can't just RESURRECT Jesus' Morals/Ethics/Teachings… and LEAVE HIS BODY IN THE GROUND! (Paul said (1 Cor 15)… It's ALL or NOTHING!)

DID JESUS RISE FROM THE DEAD?

If He DIDN'T… then it's GAME OVER for Christianity!

If He DID… then it CHANGES EVERYTHING for YOU!

(And I hope you wrestle with THIS TRUTH the rest of your life!)

Celebrators… WHO have you INVITED to EASTER Worship Celebrations?

Don't waste anymore time - make it "EASY" for them and INVITE/BRING them TODAY!
