Sunday Snapshot… (Wk3) PEACE WITH GOD
PEACE WITH GOD… “PAVES” the way to PEACE with OURSELVES… and “PREPARES” us to make PEACE with OTHERS!
Romans 5:1-2a… Therefore, since we have been JUSTIFIED through FAITH… we have PEACE WITH GOD through our Lord Jesus Christ… through whom we have GAINED ACCESS by FAITH into this GRACE in which we now stand.
UNDERSTANDING THE CONFLICT…
1) SIN! (WHO we are PRE-Jesus!)
2) YOUR SIN! (WHO we are POST-Jesus!)
PEACE WITH GOD… BEGINS with your FAITH IN CHRIST!
God's LOVE for YOU (HIS CHILD) is just TOO STRONG to ALLOW YOU to JUST GO ALONG!
PEACE WITH GOD… is SUSTAINED by your SUBMISSION TO CHRIST!
