UPGRADE… (8) SECOND CHANCES

Ever had these thoughts/questions about your Spiritual Life…
(1) If God wants me to be successful… then why is my life the way it is right now?
(2) I keep struggling with the same sin(s) – why can’t I seem to get past them?
(3) I am so concerned for my friend/family member who does not seem to “Get It!”
(4) I really want the life I am living today to matter in 100 years… How can I do that?
These thoughts/questions are probably where many of us have been or are there now… in our Spiritual Walk with Jesus! Many of us have never really thought about/considered what it might look like to UPGRADE our walk with God… to step into the Abundant Life Jesus promised us in John 10:10! The question for you this coming series is this… Are You Interested In An UPGRADE? If you are… then this series is for you! We’re about to take each and every one of you on a journey to evaluate EIGHT Areas of your Spiritual Life… that quite frankly… could probably use an UPGRADE! Do whatever it takes to make it to this Series… I promise you… it won’t let you down!

First of all… We have some AMAZING GUESTS with us at COC this week… TED & GAYLE HAGGARD – You need to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to NOT MISS THIS WEEK! It’s shaping up to be EPIC!!
Does your THEOLOGY have any room for a sincere 'Follower of Jesus'… to HIT ROCK BOTTOM… and then be given a SECOND CHANCE? Jesus' Did… It was PETER!
Sometimes Sincere and Dedicated… Followers of Jesus… can FAIL the Lord!
But THANK YOU JESUS… that GOD IS A GOD OF SECOND CHANCES!
GRACE must pick a side in the light of day - not just whisper its opinion in the shadows and dark places where we sign our name ANONYMOUS!
With every FAIL story in the Bible… JESUS didn't try and BALANCE... GRACE and TRUTH… He gave them ALL a healthy dose of BOTH!
In the Prodigal Son Story… The Father gave the Younger Son precisely WHAT…? WHAT HE DID NOT DESERVE! (That’s GRACE Folks!)
God CELEBRATES First and Foremost… RESTORED RELATIONSHIPS!
-Stop making it about REHABILITATION… it's about RESTORATION! (Thank you Jesus for SECOND CHANCES!)
